Proper restoration is not patching. Damaged concrete is chipped to sound material, corroded steel is cleaned or replaced and treated with corrosion inhibitor, and repairs are rebuilt with engineered repair mortars, then cured and finished to match. We follow ICRI repair standards and your engineer’s specifications on every repair.
Most structural repairs in occupied buildings require engineering oversight and permits. We work directly with your structural engineer, prepare repair quantities from their findings, and schedule inspections so the project moves without delays.
